Each examination has one main goal: the correct diagnosis to combat the symptoms while treating the underlying cause of the problem.
The Physiatrist and Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist (Physician) examines patients with painful and / or functional problems due to musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiorespiratory diseases and determines a personalized rehabilitation program.
During the medical examination, our Physiatrist, upon recording the patient's history, will examine the patient by checking all the tissues located in the affected area (muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments, etc.). If necessary, will suggest a more specialized examination, such as ultrasounds, electromyography, electronic pedography all available at our Centre and will refer the patient for another imaging or laboratory examination.
